The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons: non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004:
● C.9.1.1.1 - Not all non-text content presented to the user has a text alternative that performs the same function.
● C.9.1.2.3 - For some pre-recorded multimedia, an alternative or audio description is not provided;
● C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure or relationships conveyed by the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
● C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required, except in the cases provided for by the legislation (e.g. logos);
● C.9.1.4.5 - In some cases, text images have been used instead of text alone and are neither customizable nor essential to the type of information conveyed;
● C.9.2.1.1 - Some functions cannot be used via keyboard (or similar input interface);
● C.9.2.2.2 - Some animations, flashing, scrolling or self-updating of information that are automatically initiated, last longer than five seconds or are presented in parallel with other content, have no mechanisms to interrupt or hide them;
● C.9.2.4.1 - There is no mechanism to skip content blocks that repeat across multiple sections;
● C.9.2.4.3 - In some sections that can be navigated sequentially and where the navigation sequence affects their meaning and operation, some objects that could receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves their meaning and operation;
● C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text or from the link text together with adjacent content;
● C.9.2.4.7 - The focus indicator is not visible on some interactive elements;
● C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including: form elements, links, and script-generated components…), name, role, states, properties, and values are incorrect or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
● C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user so that assistive technologies can interpret them without having to shift focus.
